The ERAVIBE Psyllium Husk Capsules with Probiotics is a unique supplement that delivers both psyllium husk powder and probiotics in the same capsule. This is a great option since pysllium husk supplements are often very large so having a combo pill is easier to swallow. 4 capsules supply 2g of fiber. The amount of probiotics is "only" 100 Million CFUs, which seems very low but I am hoping the additional fiber will help protect the probiotics as they journey through the digestive tract.
